Ramesh Malhotra, Chairman & CEO of Global Energy Services, LLC, has been actively involved in the energy industry for more than thirty-two years. Mr. Malhotra started as a Mineral Economist with the Illinois State Geological Survey and later joined Freeman United Coal Mining Company as Assistant Vice-President of Marketing. In 1981 he joined NERCO Coal Company as its Vice-President of Marketing and in 1987 resigned as President to start his own business. Over the past nineteen years, Mr. Malhotra has owned and managed the operations of Coal Network, Inc. which includes coal brokerage, coal blending services, river terminal operations and international trading of a wide range of products and services. Mr. Malhotra has a Master's Degree in Geology as well as an MBA.

J. THOMAS MASON
President

J. Thomas Mason, President of Global Energy Services, LLC, has over thirty-two years of experience in the area of fuels used by electric utilities. He has significant experience in fuel procurement negotiation, contract administration, and business development. His experience has resulted in the establishment of a significant number of relationships with coal suppliers, consumers, and transporters in the United States.

KENNETH A. TUDOR
Vice President

Ken Tudor, Vice President of Global Energy Services, LLC, has spent the last nineteen years developing software solutions for the utility and coal industries. He has been directly involved in the full software product lifecycle, from preparing proposal responses, to collecting client requirements and designing final solutions. His clients have seen high productivity gains as well as greater accountability for the organization.

SKIP SAUNDERS
Support Services

Skip Saunders, Support Services for Global Energy Services, LLC, has over thirty-two years of experience in the coal and utility industries. He served in the capacity of Fuels Field Representative for 21 years with Duke Energy/Cinergy/CG&E and as Manager of Docks and Tipples for several coal companies, most notably with Ashland Coal for 12 years.

GARY L. HANDSHAW
Research Analyst/IT

Gary L. Handshaw, Research Analyst/IT for Global Energy Services, LLC, has over 27 years experience as a computer IT professional doing system analysis, development, and programming. He has experience with packaging manufacturing, inland river transportation, and coal information companies, utilizing multiple analysis tools. He has worked with multiple technology domains, operating systems, and platforms (mainframe (Honeywell and IBM) , as well as PC's, both desktop and laptop).
